Bill approved for veterans exposed to burn pits 

Legislation approved by the Senate this week will make it easier for veterans with certain cancers and other conditions to access health and disability benefits, if the conditions are defined as “presumed” to be linked to veterans’ exposure to burn pits and other toxic sites during military service.
