Gilgo Killings

A Newsday review turned up half a dozen instances of unidentified remains found on LI in the early '90s — a period when the admitted serial killer began committing murders. Gilgo Killings

The remains of Tina Foglia, 19, were found Feb. 3, 1982, on the shoulder of the ramp leading from the Southern State Parkway westbound to the Sagtikos State Parkway northbound. Foglia was last seen leaving a West Islip bar.
