Sean Wachter's ultimate fight in and out of ring

Long Island wrestler Sean Wachter was given 12 weeks to live after doctors diagnosed him with Stage 4 melanoma cancer that had spread to his spinal cord. Against all odds, Wachter beat the disease, made a full recovery and returned to the ring. NewsdayTV’s Jamie Stuart reports.
