Not guilty plea in fatal crash

Sotirios Spanos, of Syosset, pleaded not guilty in Mineola on Tuesday to aggravated vehicular homicide in a Laurel Hollow Aug. 12 crash that killed Ismenia and Odalis Urena, both 37, of Syosset.
